Description

Beautifully restored Ed Monk designed 1953 De Vries Lentsch 68 Motoryacht. Ed Monk was a famous Naval Architect who designed many boats over the years. This one was built in the G. De Vries Lentsch yard in Amsterdam, Holland before Feadship existed. The previous owner replaced 70% of the steel on the hull (at a cost of around $500k.) The current owner acquired the vessel around 2005. He added the flybridge and extended the salon, and then refurbished the interior. It's gorgeous! Rebuilt engines New shafts Props balanced 2 x generators Watermaker Bow-thruster Tender Update, May 2019: Boat hauled at The Boatyard for bottom paint etc. At this time, an ultra-sound inspection was made of the bottom. The steel is in good shape. Note: I've had several inquiries about headroom. I am 6' tall, so if you watch the walk-thorugh video, you should get an idea. It's about 6' 3 in the salon, about 6' in the aft cabin. Call to arrange a viewing!
