The owner of Journey is an experienced Yachtsman, he purchased the boat in 2012 and he and his family enjoyed her very much but now it is time to sell and move on to a new adventure. The boat is very well equipped and is extremely well maintained. The Catalina 445 is full of innovative features, such as a watertight collision bulkhead forward of the V-berth and a Deep defense rudder system which is super strong and very well engineered. Catalina uses a teak varnished interior and in the V-berth the head rest can be electrically adjusted in any position you want for your comfort. Catalina, also, has figured out that it is very important to have easy maintenance access while cruising. The raw water strainer, fuel and water separator and coolant expension tank have a special locker for easy access and no mess.
